Create your own unique fossils!

Materials:

• • 4 Cups of flour
• 1 Cup of Salt
• 1-2 Cups of Water
• Mixing Bowl
• Paint (Acrylic or Watercolor)
• Modge Podge

Directions:

1. Measure dry ingredients in large bowl.

2. Gradually add water.

3. Mix with hands. You’ve added the right amount of water when it feels slightly moist but not too sticky.

4. Roll or pat out dough to approx 1/4″ thickness. Use cookie cutters, knives, etc. to shape the dough. Press small objects (rocks, leaves, thumb prints, etc.) in dough to create your own unique design.

5. Bake at 325 degrees on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 2 hours.

6. Let cool. Paint using Acrylic or Watercolors.
