Yoga at Horizons

An outside yoga workshop for beginner yoga students/individuals wanting to learn how to practice yoga. This workshop will be led by two instructors, Kristal Kagy and Jen Frederick. This is a safe and welcoming space for those wanting to learn more about yoga and how to practice it on their own. You’ll learn breathing techniques, poses, and some ideas on how to practice at home. Attendees should bring with them a water bottle, a yoga mat or sleeping bag pad or, two beach towels. The yoga poses will involve bending over, balance, movements on and off the ground. We will offer adaptations as well to support all attendees. A light snack will be provided.
