Weather Basics: Winter Weather

$12Winter storms are fascinating and impactful, but how well do you understand how they actually work? Storms are a useful vehicle for studying the wider workings of the atmosphere. This class will provide a synopsis of atmospheric processes in terms of a handful of basic physical concepts involving energy and motion.

Ages 13 and up (Adult and Youth)
This class will be held at Olbrich Botanical Gardens on Thursday, January 19, 6-8 p.m.
We are currently following local public health guidelines, so masks/face covers are not required at this time.
