Tai Chi Meditation in the Garden

$96The Chinese exercise and movement arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung are both ancient and contemporary, practiced throughout the world for physical, cognitive and emotional well-being, with benefits confirmed by research. Sometimes described as a moving meditation, it is possible to modify and personalize the exercises according to individual need, including seated practice.
