This special workshop for women begins with relaxing restorative yoga in the candlelight. Then, we’ll set intentions for the new season and enjoy a soothing herbal tea drink. Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary!

Registration: Cost is $25. Registration is required as spots are limited.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also highly recommended.
