Join four MMSD educators online for a special Facebook Live session on dismantling racism and empowering MMSD students on Wednesday, June 10, at 3:00 p.m. In this session, our teachers will educate the community on how they discuss racial injustices with their students, share best practices for promoting anti-racism in the classroom and community, and give you advice on how to talk to your children about racism and support them during this time. This live session will be led by Angela Fitzgerald Ward, Director of Family Youth and Community Engagement for MMSD and MMSD educators, Camara Stovall; Frank Allis Elementary, Alexis Dean; Mendota Community School and Jessica Fleischmann; Wright Middle School.
