Space is limited, Sign-Up Required

After many hours of seed collecting last summer and fall, followed by many more hours spent seed processing and weighing earlier this winter, it’s finally time to get all that seed on the ground! Join us to help plant a new prairie by hand casting seed. No prior experience is needed, all training and materials will be provided.

What to know:

– This job will require walking through snow across frozen ground for 0.5 mile or more.

– Dress appropriately for the weather, including warm gloves and tall boots. If snow depth is 8 inches or more, consider bringing snowshoes.
