Rock and Flow Festival

Rock and Flow Festival is a circus arts festival in its second year at Upham Woods Outdoor Learning Center in the beautiful Wisconsin Dells running from 12pm, August 22nd through 12pm, August 25th of 2019.
Daytime activities such as workshops in the flow and circus arts, yoga, dance, prop manipulation, crafts, games, hiking on Upham’s private Island and much more will be provided. Nighttime activities including yoga, indoor and outdoor music and flow space, spinning of props in the fire circle for any and all to see, performances on both Friday and Saturday nights with Saturday night being a fire performance. Overnight stay onsite is in a shared cabin or shared dorm room.
There will be installation pieces, artists at play and a variety of vendors. Free ice and many grocery stores and nearby eateries are available. That’s four whole days and three nights of circus, craft and camp fun for all ages!
