There are many ways to get outside and enjoy the natural trappings of South Beloit, IL. One such way is Trail Running. Running park trails is a perfect low-ecological impact way that provides a great work out while taking in the natural world around us.

Please join us on August 11th at 4:00 pm to learn about prairie ecology, Nature at the Confluence’s prairie restoration efforts, trail running techniques by local runner Paul Dionne, culminating in a 5K (roughly) trail run.

All level of runner welcome. This lead run will have exit points looping back to the center and will include paved bike paths and side walks near the center.
