Join Master Gardener, Gae Bergmann, as she talks about the life of a Monarch butterfly and conservation efforts. Attendees will learn about the Monarch life cycle, why milkweed is necessary to that cycle, Monarch rearing efforts, and how to make their property a more inviting habitat to butterflies.After the workshop, we will search for Monarch eggs and caterpillars around the farmyard gardens and along prairie edges. This workshop is FREE! Advanced registration preferred but not required.
