Mindfulness in Nature

$22Mindfulness is the act of consciously focusing the mind in the present moment, with awareness of judgments, and without attachment to the moment. Our time together will include sitting, standing, and moving mindfulness exercises and discussion in a judgment-free space using plants, flowers and the gardens as inspiration. Everyone is welcome from beginners to the experienced.
