We will be working in a small strip of woods at the southwestern edge of Lower Mud Lake, clearing out invasive species and downed trees. Clearing out unwanted trees and shrubs will open the woodland floor to sunlight so new oaks can grow. It will also relieve crowding of the existing oaks and hickories keeping them healthy.
