Little Sprouts Story & Stroll: Hummingbirds

November 8 @ 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM

Little Sprouts programs are nature and literature-based early childhood programs designed to meet the multidimensional learning and developmental needs of children ages 2-5 years. Each class is designed for children to work side-by-side with their adult caregiver as they engage in hands-on, fun, age-appropriate experiences that support the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. Little Sprouts Story & Stroll classes include a story, theme-related learning activities, and a stroll through the outdoor gardens or conservatory.

Instructor: Sarah Ellis, Olbrich Botanical Gardens

Ages 2-5 with an adult; adult attends free.

This is an in-person program.

For Little Sprouts Story & Stroll, a primarily indoor program, Olbrich will continue to follow the masking guidelines outlined by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. Since a large portion of the Little Sprouts learning audience is under 5 and cannot yet be vaccinated, we request that everyone over the age of 2 continue to wear a mask while indoors. Program staff and volunteers will also be wearing masks throughout the program.
