Join Sarah Piper, who has a Masters Degree in Printmaking, for a workshop introducing an updated version of the classic printmaking process, Intaglio. Intaglio printing was developed during the Renaissance.  Instead of etching a design into a copper plate, we will be scratching our designs into plexiglass, inking the plate and printing our design onto wetted paper using a roller press. Feel free to make a few designs and experiment with different colored inks. The fee includes all materials and lunch.
