Volunteer for restoration activities and learn about prairies and savannas. Tools and training provided. Groups and youth are welcome with advance notice. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experience levels.
Saturdays, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. There are no work parties on the fifth Saturday in a month.
Where to meet: Wingra Oak Savanna. Meet at Arbor Dr. parking lot, off Monroe St.
Work parties are canceled for rain, snow, or severe weather. To check if the work party is cancelled, call (608) 263-7327 after 8:15 a.m. on Saturday morning for a message.
