All-In (Active Lifelong Learners In Nature) Series- Walking Through Deep History: An Archaeological Tour Of Pheasant Branch Conservancy

Active senior adults are invited to join Wisconsin Historical Society archaeologist Amy Rosebrough for a stroll through the significant heritage of the land that would become Pheasant Branch Conservancy.

From giant earthen birds to portals to other worlds, lost arrows and weary farmers, come and discover the history hidden underfoot.
The program will begin at the Orchid Heights Park Shelter and we will walk through the Conservancy and near Frederick’s Hill. Please let us know if any mobility or physical accommodations are needed below.

This is the third of a three-part event series. Look for future announcements for 2023 events!

Registration is required and limited to 20 participants. We will keep a waitlist.

CONSIDERATIONS:

# A limited number of assistive hearing devices will be available
# Dress for the weather and protection from the sun, and for walking
# Bring a water bottle, binoculars and/or hiking poles, if desired
