Nature Writing Class- Journaling Urban Nature Appreciation at Pheasant Branch

FreeWe all know that nature journaling can be a constructive practice for observing and describing details in nature, but this is really just the beginning of a process of experiencing a variety of further well-being benefits. In this two-part class, we’ll take a look at a sequence of stages for nature observation and writing, and then discuss how nature journaling is one more way to gain our necessary ‘nature fix,’ making us happier, healthier and more creative.
